Britney is lead paralegal at Silicon Legal Strategy. She assists clients and the SLS team with incorporations, private equity and debt financing, and general corporate governance matters.

She received her undergraduate degree from California State University, Chico with a major in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice.

When not working, Britney enjoys camping, hiking, and all things Giants Baseball.
