Charlie Clark is a senior associate at Silicon Legal Strategy. His practice focuses on advising emerging growth companies on a broad range of matters throughout their life cycle, including formations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general business and governance matters. Charlie also represents venture capital investors.

Prior to joining SLS, Charlie was an associate in the Denver office of Dorsey & Whitney LLP where he advised clients on debt and equity financings, public offerings, reporting requirements, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Charlie also served on the in-house legal team at Molson Coors Beverage Company where he supported numerous domestic and international business units on a variety of legal and business issues.

Charlie received his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado and is a member of the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association.

Outside of the office, Charlie can be found enjoying the Colorado outdoors, travelling, watching sports, and spending time with his wife and toddler
