Rebecca Tseng Grant is a partner at Silicon Legal Strategy. Rebecca works with early stage and emerging growth companies and venture capital investors on a variety of legal matters, including equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, entity formations, and corporate governance issues.

Prior to joining SLS, Rebecca was an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she advised clients on corporate governance and transactional matters, including entity formations, venture capital financings, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Rebecca received her law degree from Duke University and her undergraduate degrees from the University of California, Berkeley (Go Bears!)

Rebecca splits her time between San Francisco and Atlanta, and in her free time, she can be found experimenting with new recipes and cooking gadgets, on long walks in the SF hills or Atlanta’s many parks, and training for her next hiking trip.
